Ilearn with Technology in my Classroom

My students need 4 iPads to help my students create, discover, and become engaged with learning in my classroom. There are hundreds of apps that my students can use to help them become successful.

My Students

I am a Title I teacher in Texas. Being a Title I school, most of our students come from low-income households. They, unfortunately, do not get much support from home as some of their parents simply cannot help them.

In my classroom, my students will be learning how to read and comprehend complex texts.

They will also learn addition and subtraction facts. In order to meet the various needs of my students, I can use various apps to support their learning.

My Project

Most recently our school and community were hit hard by Hurricane Harvey.We have students who are still displaced, and some just now getting back into their homes. We are looking for fun activities to use as goals to keep them engaged.

I am passionate about providing technology to enhance my teaching.

These iPads will help me implement technology in my classroom during literacy and math stations.

With these iPads, my students can have access to various apps such as Imagine Learning and Imagine Math, that can engage and enhance their spelling and reading comprehension as well as help them with Math facts fluency and strategies.
