The Levono Ideapad laptops will allow the students to have space in the classroom to create research projects using software like PowerPoint, Word, and Google Slides. We'll be using it in the subjects math, reading, social studies, and science. Our main project will be for science. The students will use the Levono Ideapad laptops to learn how to search for information about their favorite animal, write about what they learn, work in groups, design their presentation layout and presented to the class using PowerPoint or Google Slides. This types of projects prepare them for upper grades. The options are endless, I can also incorporate it into their Reading and Writing class. The students will create mini-textbooks, children’s books, cookbooks or how-to manuals, personal art or writing portfolios, even yearbook-style memory books.
