My Project

Each and every one of my students learns in different ways, and it is my job to help them reach their full potential. I have a wide range of students in my classroom, with the biggest populations being low-income, at-risk students and ELL students. Our staff goes out of their way to make every student feel respected, wanted, and loved. I want to give my kindergarteners everything I can to help them learn everything they need to.

In Kindergarten, a hands-on learning environment is critical.

Dollhouses are a great hands-on learning toy that provide many benefits. Children need an opportunity to interact with each other, play together and learn how to problem solve together.

Dollhouses provide children with the opportunity to use their imagination and creativity, which can help them throughout school and life. Students can create stories and scenarios around their dolls' lives, which can also help them develop social and emotional skills. Dollhouses can help students sharpen their fine motor skills and improve their vocabulary and communication skills. They can also help students to develop cognitive skills such as spatial awareness and emotional intelligence.
