Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I serve a community of 25 inner-city children who come with many barriers. I want to create a loving environment where they feel safe and ready to learn. Every student has the ability to learn and deserves an education.

What I love about my students is they do not allow their personal encounters affect their determination and willingness to learn.

My students strive to do their best which pushes me to do beyond my best. I want to expose them to so many more positive experiences because they are so deserving. I strive to be the best influence, educator and and role model that I can truly be.

My Project

The possibilities are endless when it comes to laminating. It will not only allow me to preserve my student’s work, but it will also give me the opportunity to become organized and creative in my classroom.

The students will be able to see their projects throughout the classroom in durable laminating pouches which will ensure the longevity of their work.

Most importantly their is nothing more exciting than seeing a kindergarten’s face when they see their masterpieces being displayed for all to see. Especially their families whom are their number one fans!

Please grant me this opportunity to give a high quality long lasting-finish to some amazing projects created by awesome kindergarten students!
