My Students

My students are a sweet group of kindergartners. They come from all different backgrounds. Some have attended preschool and some have not. They love coming to school and are eager to learn. We have several students with special needs including autism, ADHD, and sensory processing.

We are a family in my classroom who build relationships through shared and new experiences.

My students are loving, friendly, motivated, and strive to succeed. They are each unique and have a way of winning my heart with their kindness and bubbling personalities.

My Project

My school is STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) accredited. This means we try to incorporate technology as much as possible in the classroom. My students would love an iPad as they are used to playing on phones and tablets and struggle with the regular computers. We would use the iPad to have story apps where they can listen to and read along with many different books. We would also use the iPad to download great apps for math. My students will use the iPad in small groups with the hopes of eventually having one for each student to use. Please help us make our iPad dream a reality.
