This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our classroom, I believe in exploring literature and language through multiple creative mediums. With your support, I aim to integrate music into our English curriculum by introducing an electric guitar to our classroom. Through this project, students will explore the connections between music, poetry, climate, and the environment, inspiring them to learn in new and creative ways.

I think students should experience playing this iconic piece of music equipment.

I am requesting the iconic Stratocaster electric guitar for my students to experience before they leave middle school and use in their class.

My vision for this Fender electric guitar is for a student to perform at half time during one of our basketball games or even do our national anthem before one of games using this iconic electric guitar.

Most of the guitars we have now are valued at far less of a price. However, I want to intrigue students and show them what they could have if they work hard and save up for themselves.

I want students to have a concreate experience with an iconic piece of equipment that would definitely make an impression on everyone.
