My Project

My students had the opportunity to visit the fifth grade craft fair, where one student displayed little perler charms. So now my kiddos want to learn how to create their own beaded items using the fuse beads. I let them pick their favorite kits that contained the beads and patterns for their designs. We also will need an iron to fuse the beads together. The keychains and leather tassels will be used to attach the charms to their backpacks.

This is a great craft to help develop eye-hand coordination, one to one correspondence, following a pattern, and strengthen fine motor skills.
