Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help us stock up our school's brand-new book vending machine to support a culture of literacy. We plan to use the book vending machine to help encourage our students to read.

What better reward than a book to help instill a love of reading?

Your donation will help us fill the vending machine with books our students will love such as, "Fuzzy Mud" and "Catching 7's" which even references our school and city!

Students will be able to earn tokens for good academics, positive attitude, outstanding behavior, and being great school citizens. The students will then be able to choose their book and watch the magic of a vending machine put the book right in their hands! Our students are so excited to have a Book Vending Machine and we are excited to fill this vending machine with books that the students will love and enjoy!
