Help me give my students remote learning lessons using updated technology for better live lessons.

I teach PE to students in grades K-5 in a multicultural school that celebrates diversity. My students enjoy running, racing, biking, bowling, dancing, and tennis. They also enjoy reading, math and playing foursquare and basketball at recess. All the students at my school are able to eat breakfast at school for free. Many students are bilingual. A few don't speak English but are making progress every day. Students at my school recently started learning from home. Teaching from home has its challenges but it has been wonderful seeing students again in class meetings online.
The material I´m requesting would help students have better live PE lessons. I´m not that tech saavy and often just use whatever is available and free. When reviewing responses from students about LIVE PE, one student wrote that I need to get a better computer to help with videos lagging. Although I think that´s more of a wifi issue, I don´t know how old my district laptop is but I have noticed that my mini ipad turns on so much faster and is ready to go with apps that my students and I use every day.
I saw other teachers who requested this iPad Air and think that this would be able to help me a lot as I teach from home also.
I heard I can record the screen on the iPad and although I still need to learn how to do that, once I find out, I´ll be able to create screen recordings that my students in grades K-2 can access on their ipads. I would also be able to write on my ipad using an apple pencil which would provide visual support to all students.
