I Can Climb, I Can Learn, I Will Succeed!

Help me give my students the Triangle Climbing Toys structure and the Fine Motor Skills Handy Scooper set to develop gross and fine motor muscles while playing and learning in Pre-K!

My Project

Our students need so many ways to practice building their gross and fine motor muscle skills. They are not able to practice building muscles merely by sitting in a seat in a classroom, which would never be appropriate for a preschooler or kindergartner either, so we give each of our students ample time to climb, pull, lift, jump, pour, scoop and twist. We desire for them to build muscles all while building social skills and communication skills.

Our students are mighty and magnificent and are deserving of their pathways to be paved with a variety of materials to meet their individual needs, so they can meet their potential.

The Climbing Toys structure will provide appropriate areas for students to meet proprioceptive input needs to climb, so they can be directed toward, and learn proper climbing in a safe area. They will gain coordination skills, fine and gross motor skills as well as self-control. The Fine Motor Handy Scooper, the Dinosaur Sorting Bowls and the Sorting Piñata will guide our preschoolers in visual discrimination building skills, fine motor muscle building, as well as turn taking skills and communication skills. The lessons and longevity of this project will be evident to our program for a long time and our students will reap a multitude of benefits.
