Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My little learners are a very inquisitive group of students. These young scholars are discovering the world for the first time. Their curiosity and excitement is contagious and I love helping them learn. My students love listening to stories, moving to music, building puzzles and being creative artists. They need lots of encouragement and support to become lifelong learners.
Our schools lack the funds to provide the necessary supplies, equipment, technology, and parent workshops-that our young learners need to succeed in their education.
My students are happy, energetic, and ready to learn. They are learning to become independent learners and having the right resources can help motivate and engage them. These wonderful kids need the opportunity to use technology because it can make the difference in their academic endeavor.
My Project
I am determined to help my students have access to technology. We have little to nothing in our school. It is very sad that my 21-century students cannot use technology during this crucial first year of learning. It is hard to believe that paper and pencil routines are of the past, and yet we have to use paper and pencil every day.
I have to reach my students to teach them and they need access to technology in the classroom.
My little learners are fascinated with the few iPads that are available, but we need this iPad Pro so we can share it whole group. I want the kids to explore and look for pictures, videos, and apply their knowledge as they use a wide variety of educational apps.
This iPad will be the star in the classroom but best of all it will help produce little Einsteins. They can use the iPad Pro in small groups during STEM centers and math. My students should have access to technology today because it's an experience that will enhance their education. Yes, with your help everything is possible! Thank you for your help.
