Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My advisory class is doing a wellness project where they would like to create a Hygiene reset for themselves and their peers. Sometimes we have bad mornings and forget to use deodorant or wash our face, etc. These items in our donors' choose will help students be able to reset in the morning in order to feel comfortable in their own skin, which will lead to being able to focus more in class.

Being a middle schooler can be difficult as they go through changes and deal with navigating interactions with their peers.

With the hygiene reset, they can have a peace of mind knowing they can feel confident and clean to interact with their peers and teachers.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
