My Project

I am requesting skin cleanser, deodorant, shampoo and conditioner, other hygiene items my students need to feel confident, supported and ready to succeed. Our hope is to create a place on campus that students can visit when in need of clothing or hygiene products. Having an inviting location where students can "shop" will allow them to get basic supplies, free of charge, that are crucial to proper health and hygiene. Items will include shampoo, soap, face wash, deodorant, toothpaste, and toothbrushes.

The clothing closet will be a place where students feel supported and welcomed.

According to enrollment data from 2019-2020 per the NYSED’s Student Information Repository, there is a 54% rate of economically disadvantaged students attending our school. This project can provide our students with the things they need to feel confident and successful inside and outside of school.
