My Students

The students here at Rosinton School live in a community where relationships are rare and opportunities are few. This car will provide an opportunity for students to explore a concept and work together on a project with an exciting outcome. Students will gain a sense of community and ownership.

Rosinton School is a school located in a low-income, community filled with students eager to learn.

The students do not get many chances to explore technology and futuristic ideas outside of the classroom and you are providing a chance for that to happen. Most students never leave the community they are in and this will provide an opportunity for them to grow and explore interest that may one day lead to a promising career that will allow them to prosper and be successful.

My Project

I am requesting 1 iH2GO hydrogen powered car to explore the science of renewable energy resources and the future of our world. Students will work together to explore the concept of renewable energy, specifically hydrogen fuel, and work to construct a futuristic car that is controlled with a smart phone. I am excited about this project and the opportunity students will have to grow and learn together.

The project will impact this class and future classes to come.

It will provide opportunities otherwise that would not be available. This will give students the chance to explore their interests and ignite a drive in them that lasts their lifetime.
