My Project

Summer days are coming, and by summer, I mean in late February, our Arizona town will be close to 100 degrees and rising until October. The temperatures here can be unforgiving, and even multiple days of 90+ degrees can dehydrate our youth.

A hydration station will ensure students are replenishing electrolytes.

I have water jugs in my classroom, and we go through an average of 9 gallons of water a day with my students alone. Our school is outdoors, which means no air-conditioned hallways to walk through. With the sun scorching us and warming our water bottles, a cold, refreshing, hydrating beverage or popsicle will hit the spot.
