Help me give my students the gift of hydration! We know that water is so important for the brain and body to function. Our school building is very old but we have a great filtered water bottle filler!
My students are incredible. They are diverse, unique, quirky, smart, hilarious, and caring. Each one of them brings brightness to my room in their own way and we work to thrive together as a little school family who love and support one another.
These kiddos work hard and play hard!
They are learning to be self-managing and independent learners. My goal is to foster a learning environment where every student can be exactly who they are in order to make the most academic, emotional, and social growth they can!
Logistically, my school is considered a high needs, high poverty school. We do not have a PTA and many of our families are working multiple jobs. They love their students tremendously and we are all working to make sure the kiddos have what they need to achieve.
My Project
We know that humans need tons of water to help their brain and body function well. Students in school are working tremendously hard all day to learn, socialize, and stay focused.
Our school may be old, with old pipes but we have an amazing filtered water bottle filler.
Students need more water than just quick drinks from the old drinking fountain. By having their own water bottles, they can drink when they are thirsty and stay hydrated.
Having water bottles also saves a lot of learning time. Students can remain working, while drinking water as they need. These water bottles are great because they can quickly be cleaned and sanitized over the weekend. Thank you so much for your support!
