My Project

My students with disabilities are at a loss when they come in to school late because our building doesn't have a cafeteria. We are always searching for something for them to eat!

We know that hungry students aren’t able to learn as well as those who have a full belly!

They also miss out on snacks when they are pulled out for other resources, such as speech, OT and PT! Having snacks readily available for them to grab would be so helpful and keep their bellies full so that they can learn to the best of their ability.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
