Hunger and Food

Help me give my students Spam, canned pumpkin, seaweed snacks, and other food items. This project will help us make several items to enjoy with classmates.

My Project

This project will help about 150 students with hunger. We can make rice crispy treats as well as make some dishes from other countries like Spam musubi and a Thai pumpkin soup. My students have specifically asked too learn how to make soups, and I think they will really enjoy the warmth that comes from this delicious soup.

This project will help my culinary arts students spend more time in the kitchen.

Students often come to class hungry, and this class really helps those who don't get breakfast or can't afford lunch.
