Do you remember when we had our 100th day museum? Do you remember when we had those terrific blues musicians play for us? Do you remember when...? This list can go on and on. Wouldn't be nice if we had photos of these exciting experiences to share with our families, friends, and other students?
Our class consists of 22 students.
My students represent seven different culture groups. My class is curious, jovial, outgoing, energetic and bright. We have a wide range of abilities in our room. We are constantly learning from one another. One of our favorite things to do is class presentations like journal reading, puppet shows, projects, read-aloud, and poetry recitations. We love an audience. As much as we like to be front and center, we also enjoy praising one another.
My Project
What a wonderful way to capture our fabulous first grade experiences! The HP digital camera, HP photo printer, and HP ink and paper will enable us to create lasting memories of first grade. The HP digital camera will allow us to capture those magical moments. Many times photos do not get developed. With our HP photo printer, we will be able to print those photos immediately to share with our family, friends, and school. We will be able to document our field trips and write a reflection with the HP bundle too. These photos will become part of a scrapbook or memory book. I will also use these photos as writing prompts for our journal writing. This HP bundle will help my students hold on to first grade memories for a lifetime.
As I think back to my own first grade experience, it is difficult to recall all the fun things that I did as a first grader.
I wish that I had a photo or two of a science activity we did, a career day visitor, or my first time to board an airplane. I hope this HP bundle will allow me to send special memories home with each of my first graders. I want these to be moments that they will be able to share with their own children some day.
