My Project
At RBHS, our students are public figures. All of our young kings engage in community advocacy and change agents in every course. Public speaking, rallying, and engaging the community happens regularly.
One huge initiative has been cleaner eating to live longer lives- especially for our population of students and families.
For the past two years, we have engaged in growing our food using technology and different growing systems in our urban environment. The projects have been extremely successful. Still, as materials run out, they need to be replaced. Our Agriculture program is not fully funded within our school budget. We rely on the support of our extended community to execute these critical Career and Technology Education courses.
