My Project

I am fortunate to have been teaching Pre-K for 13 years now and each and every one of those years my students have loved working in the House Area. My materials have been very well loved and could use a good refresh! We also could use some new materials that are real or realistic as using real items in our dramatic play area is one of the requirements for our curriculum.

The real coffee pot, real iron, real toaster, realistic mail box, realistic working stand mixer, and realistic working drill will be huge hits in our house area!

Our students love to pretend to be chefs, post office workers, builders, cleaners, restaurant workers, hairstylists, and doctors. The doctor kits will be a wonderful addition as we do not have any doctor accessories, only scrubs and a toy stethoscope. The farmer's market sorting set will help teach students about different healthy fruits and vegetables while adding to the different food items we have in our house area.
