Help me give my students donations of clothing, socks, and coats, to support a homeless third-grade student who has endured violence and needs stability and care.

My Project

I am reaching out with a heartfelt request to support one of my third-grade students at South Hampton K8, who is facing unimaginable challenges. This sweet, resilient child is currently experiencing homelessness and has recently endured the trauma of violence. Despite these circumstances, they come to school every day with a smile, ready to learn and share kindness with others.

As their teacher, I see the incredible potential in this young student and their determination to rise above their situation.

However, they lack basic necessities like clothing, hygiene products, and essential items that most of us take for granted. These gaps make it even harder for them to focus on their education and feel a sense of stability.

Our classroom has always been a place of safety, encouragement, and learning, but I want to do more to ensure that this child feels supported both academically and personally. Your generosity can make a life-changing difference. By contributing clothing, shoes, toiletries, or financial support for necessities, you can help restore a sense of dignity, comfort, and hope to this child.

Your kindness will not only meet their immediate needs but also send a powerful message that they are cared for and not alone in their journey. Together, we can show this remarkable child that there is a community that believes in their future and is here to lift them up during this challenging time.
