My Students
Each day, my Sharp Scholars enter our classroom excited and energized for learning. They know that through perseverance and hard work, they will be ready for college and career.
Although half of our students qualify for free or reduced-priced lunch and many face challengesoinside and outside of the school environment, this does not hinder their eagerness to learn.
They inspire me each day with their enthusiasm, and we create a classroom that serves as a safe space where they can take intellectual risks and develop deeper learning.
My Project
Scholars in our classroom frequently use their Chromebooks for differentiated learning. I record mini-lessons that students can re-watch when they need reinforcement as well as extension activities. Additionally, students use online programs to target their specific needs in our English Language Arts classroom. These programs enhance learning for all of our fourth-grade students.
These requested Over-Ear headphones will allow all students to engage with their individualized pathways for learning without distracting their peers.
They can use our available digital tools to enhance their learning using videos, narration, and recordings. These headphones are especially important for those particular students who need a quieter learning environment in order to focus and succeed. Adding these headphones to our classroom community will help all students meet their reading goals.
