Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The specific books I am requesting special are requests from students, books they want to read and don't have access to in our school library. It will make a difference in their learning because they will continue reading which will help them continue building their fluency and comprehension. The goals for this project is to give my students an abundance of books they're already enjoy reading. My students this year are like no other group I've had, they are caring and kind to one another. They help each other as throughout the day and give each other suggestions on what to read next. It makes me very proud to be their teacher.
