Honoring Perseverance: Support Our Student Recognition BBQ Celebration
Help me give my students donations of outdoor games, a cooler, and paper products for our upcoming end-of-year BBQ—away from the classroom and off their cell phones. Your support will make this event a success!
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students in underserved areas often face unique challenges both inside and outside the classroom, yet many continue to show resilience, dedication, and growth throughout the school year. We are seeking donations for outdoor games, a cooler, and paper products.
This year, despite many challenges, our drama club students put on two excellent and successful productions which deserve recognition.An end-of-the-year BBQ gives our students a well-deserved break to enjoy nature, unplug from their cell phones, and spend quality time socializing with peers.
It's a meaningful way to celebrate their achievements and encourage them to keep striving for excellence.
