Holiday Headbands

My Project

I love teaching first grade. First graders are kind, curious, bright, and imaginative. Allowing them to express themselves in multiple ways is a must.

These holiday headbands will allow my students to express themselves throughout the year.

Each month, my school has a spirit calendar. It has simple things students and teachers can do to show school spirit. Usually, around the holidays, there is some kind of holiday headgear day. The holiday headbands in this project will allow all of my students to participate and be represented in the holidays they celebrate. There are headbands that represent Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and St. Patrick’s Day.
