Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hock socks over the last few years have become popular because of Covid. These Socks are used during practice and games to cut down on moister between a shin guard and the skin of the shin. These rashes get ugly and painful at times. These socks help prevent them from even happening. Students-athletes that participate in soccer and field hockey have this problem. Nowadays, smelly equipment is a problem. When I was an athlete, the smelly the better because it meant you worked harder. This is not true anymore. These Hock socks will be given out to each team member to keep them healthy.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
