This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

This year I'll be teaching a group of seniors Anatomy and Physiology for the first time. My students are super excited to be able to learn about Anatomy this year. The class is full of students who have an interest in careers in the medical field. Because they are seniors, I feel a great responsibility to make sure they learn as much as possible this school year, in preparation for college next year.

The materials requested in this project will help my students with hands on learning in our anatomy lab.

They will get to participate in dissections and study human anatomy using models. Since all students learn differently, it's important for me to have a variety of resources to help them to be successful in my class.
