My Project

I am excited about our 26-27 school year! As the 3-5 instructional math coach, our scholars lack the high engagement needed to show mastery of skills. My goal is to have 80% of our students consistently engaged with given math tasks. We have shown growth in 1 year and will continue to grow with the support of the resources that will keep our scholars excited about math. My order consists of math stories that correlates to the skill being taught-"Attention getter". Lots of the items listed will support my teacher's small group time where our scholars will collaborate with each other and have fun demonstrating leadership and learning.

My scholars are special because despite the limited knowledge that they had last year, they have shown what hard work looks like--SUCCESS!

We will continue to learn with more hands-on approach and limit the technology. My multi-language students have limited experience communicating. Having these books, games and hands-on resources will support their speaking and listening skills.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
