My Students

Our elementary school is the home school to 675 students and 47 staff members located in Henrico County. There are currently over 30 countries represented by our student population. We are full of motivated, determined, and innovative learners. The students here are willing to participate with new enrichment opportunities and they love all their resource classes including art, music, and physical education.

Recently, our elementary school was 1 of 4 selected elementary schools in Henrico County as a “Deeper Learning Impact School,” which speaks volumes about our teachers and the daily instruction taking place in the classrooms.

My Project

Soccer is the number 1 most played sport in the world! This year our school is implementing a soccer team to show support for our diverse student population. This extra-curricular sports club will help the students enhance their speed, agility, feet-eye coordination, and team building. Our school will host a culminating soccer tournament with 7 other elementary schools. The tournament will include 8 soccer clubs that will strive to play in the championship game! The students will get the chance to show off the skills they have practiced in front of their family, friends and teachers. Gaining support from community organizations would be greatly appreciated by our students, staff, and families. This event will bring multiple school communities together.
