Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The students of our High School LOVE hanging out in the library. Every morning before school we have an average of 160 students relaxing before class begins. And an average of 120 students visit the library during lunch!

With so many students choosing to spend time in the library, we need more engaging activities and new books!

With your help, the library can get more craft supplies (buttons, feathers, craft sticks, bracelet supplies) to facilitate new Create Space craft activities for students! You can also help our library get some much-requested books that students have been waiting for!

After all, the library isn't just about studying quietly and academic research; it's about creating a campus community. Students hang out in the library with friends, flex their creativity muscles at the Create Space, play board games, and check out books they WANT to read.
