This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help my newcomers discover the joy of STEM. Many of my students want to be doctors, engineers, astronauts, and scientists. For my students to reach their goal, they need to experience the joy of designing, imagining, collaborating, and creating. Students will work together in groups to create ideas of how to successfully meet their goal. Their goal might be to solve a puzzle using spacial awareness, build a tower, or collaborate with a partner to create a chain of events to get the marble through the maze. With your help, the students will have tools to use in the classroom, to enrich their minds and grow there love for STEM. Together, we can mold the minds of America's future doctors, engineers, teachers, and astronauts.
