My Project
Hello, Friends! I am a speech therapist in a Special Needs School looking for new resources to help our little minds grow. We work with kids with Autism, Down syndrome, and other multiple disabilities. Our main goal is to find fun and unique ways to learn based on each kid's special interests. Our current group of kiddos are focusing on skills such as producing language, categorizing, beginning reading, and following directions. For my project, I have chosen sensory materials such as dot art, reading games, and tactile sorting activities/toys. We want to make learning at our school exciting. Our school is not given adequate funding and we are often buying materials on our own. Your donations mean A LOT to us and are highly appreciated.
