My Students

My students are very diverse in skills which makes a great classroom that the students can learn from each other. My classroom students are all students who require special education strategies to learn the content. These students can be of various skills and levels of development which can be integrated into many different projects and activities.

My students struggle with learning and developing positive social emotional skills that will carrry them throughout their lives.

My students need good role models and tools to build on their social emotional skills.

My Project

These books are a great resource to the students I have by being both humorous to the age group I work with as well as inspirational. These stories are relatable to my students and easily understandable to their development. The students are inspired to be like the characters, who are learning skills that are building block skills such as: respect, love, responsible, caring, and empathy.

Students need positive social emotional skills to build on other skills.

Working with others collaboratively is essential to any community. Having social emotional skills creates life long learners who have self confidence, positive friendships, love for humanity, and love for the people around them.
