This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have such amazing and thoughtful students who go out of their way to help others. Being the only counselor to up to 800 students I look for as many resources I can find to benefit the kids. I would like to purchase 'Coping Skills' group activities so I can serve children and teach them coping skills in groups rather than one on one. This would allow me to reach more students at one time.

Every child deserves to know how to utilize coping skills.
