My Project
I teach students in Pre-K through grade 2 in a Title I-funded, New York City public school. My students smile every time I greet them at my classroom door, and I know it is because they cannot wait to start creating!
Many of our students come from low-income families and do not have the resources and tools that will allow them to explore and express their creative talents to their full potential.
You can help make a difference in these children's lives. We want to build excitement and a love of learning that will continue with our students throughout their lives.
I am requesting some paint sticks and some disinfecting wipes. After each art class it is important for me to make sure that I clean and disinfect each desk along with the materials we use in class.
