My Students

I have a classroom full of energetic, creative, and diverse students that are full of questions. They love technology and hands-on learning. They come to school every day ready to learn something new!

My class comes from many different backgrounds, races, and cultures and their learning styles are just as diverse.

Many of the students in my class face financial challenges and I would like to provide every opportunity, that I can, for them to be successful.

I am looking to provide more hands-on experiences so that they never lack motivation and continue to be life-long learners!

My Project

COVID-19 has brought many challenges and this project will help my classroom open up new possibilities. With the addition this rug and yoga ball chairs my students will be able to pick areas in the classroom that will allow them to be more effective. I will be able to use the document camera to help display student work and allow for learning to fit our needs. The books will be used to help transport the students to different worlds.

It is important to me to have an environment that encourages learning/growth and promotes a students curiosities.

This project will help my classroom to be a more exciting place to learn. During these times however, where students might need to do more at home learning, having a book that they can take home and still be part of class is helpful to keep that love of learning alive.
