My Project
Technology is all around us, it touches almost everything that we do. Refrigerators can tell us when we need milk, we have "smart" TVs and algorithms that only show us ads for what we like. It is everywhere.
Many of our students do not have computers at home, they need to gain the basic computer skills necessary to navigate their world.
By using Chromebooks as a center activity to play simple games they gain that valuable knowledge early on. Just gaining the ability to use a mouse sets them up for greater success on many of the benchmark assessments conducted on Chromebooks.
