The majority of my students come from low socioeconomic backgrounds and 85% qualify for free or reduced-price school lunch. Our diverse kindergartners represent a plethora of cultures and linguistic backgrounds, and all of them have something special to share with us!

My students are Arabic, Black, Caucasian, Egyptian, Filipino, Vietnamese, Chinese/Vietnamese, Italian/Chinese, and Polish/Chinese. We are learning to be safe, responsible, and respectful in our classroom and school!
My Project
The bright, sparkly borders, push pins, binder clips, and painter's tape will help to showcase our classwork especially all our Writing Workshop Stories, Art creations, and Math Work! The The teal contact paper will be used on our Peace Table and keep us cool, calm, and collected. The high yield stapler and staples will help us make our ABC Books so we can learn and practice writing our letters and practice writing high frequency words and sentences! The cleaning wipes, gloves, and magic cleaning erasers will be used to keep our tables, chairs, and classroom furniture clean and germ free.
A clean, well organized and healthy classroom will help us learn in a positive way!
We will have a motivating Kindergarten year, learning, thinking, problem solving, reading, and writing!
