Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are seeking your support to bring nature and comfort into our learning environment! With real indoor plants and a child-friendly watering can, my students will gain hands-on experience in biology, responsibility, and plant care. Beyond science skills, tending to living plants helps reduce stress and creates a calming atmosphere. To complete our new green space, we need tree-trunk and log-shaped plush pillows for our reading nook. These fun, wood-like cushions will let students immerse themselves in a forest-inspired retreat, making reading time irresistible. Help us cultivate curiosity, mindfulness, and a lifelong love for learning!
