My Students

Technology is amazing, isn't it? Please help my students from a high poverty school have an opportunity to be amazed firsthand.

My fifth grade students are brilliant, adorable, verbose, and full of potential.

Our school is an urban Title 1 school, with more than 80% of our families receiving free or reduced lunch. We have only one working computer in our classroom, and my students are begging for more lessons that are technologically driven. I want my students to have the same opportunities as students in suburban schools. Can you help us?

My Project

I am asking for one tablet for our classroom so that students can share it to create projects, complete web based assignments, and learn to use the Internet for research. My students will have a world of information, literally at their fingertips, if you could help us with this project.

Many of my students have no access to technology like this in their home.

Our classroom currently has only one working computer, so your donation would DOUBLE are current resources. My students will have access to e-books, research sites, and many educational apps that are currently out of our reach.
