My Project

My students are hard working mathematicians who love encouragement in the form of stickers to show their family, and stamps on their work pages. They feel a swell of pride when they are recognized as someone who is trying their best and sticking with it during hard work.

For struggling students, a small reward can help encourage them to persevere and be a visual reminder of their grit!

Students in my math groups receive stickers and stamps as a motivator and a recognition of when they put in their best effort, especially when the work is extra challenging.
