Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

It's not enough to be smart and hard-working. Students must also be able to understand and manage emotions. Being able to control emotions shows emotional intelligence and can increase student academics. My student will be able to use these resources to help them learn how to control their own emotions. With these resources, students will be less dependent on the counselor for emotional support and become independent problem solvers using their own coping skills to help regulate themselves. These tools will help shape students into independent IE learners! It will be an absolute joy to see students work through their own emotions and these tools make that happen!
