Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Hello all! This is my first year of teaching and I'm super excited. My school is a small

size school and fortunately this year we are fully staffed post pandemic.

With the

student population we house, many are from low-income areas. Due to both of these

circumstances, our school needs help in funding activities for our students’ academic

well-being as well as their physical.

We are asking for help regarding general school supplies, teacher grading equipment,

PPE (personal protective equipment), snacks, and materials contributing to activities.

We strive to have our classrooms be a safe and creative learning space where students

have the freedom to explore in their imagination, build their necessary skills, and be

protected. Anything helps and we are appreciative of all the assistance we're able to

receive. Thank you all in advance!
