This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The items will help students visualize the point that I want to convey. They will learn to develop social-emotional skills through a therapeutic counseling environment. They learn to overcome their anxiety, feelings of sadness, anger, and a range of various emotions. My goal for this project is to bring to light my vision of a calming environment in the hustle and bustle of school.

My students are special because they deserve the love, care, and attention of the educators at school.

They are loved and supported through their seven-hour-long school day. I want to provide a positive feeling, and affirmation when they see me. They have made tremendous growth and I hope to continue to nurture them in their path to adulthood.
