My Project

I really need reading material to support our second grade science and social studies curriculum! We have have very little science and social studies resources, so many times I have to find material on my own. This can be challenging and very time consuming. My 2nd grade students love science and social studies. This magazine will really help the students learn about current events and grade level content in these subjects. TIME for Kids will also help them improve their reading skills. It is nice for the students to have paper reading material instead of using digital sources. The students can each have their own copy each month. This allows them to highlight vocabulary words and go home and read it to their families. This magazine will provide fun reading material that full of relative information. TIME magazine creates a great discussion piece for past and present events. The information in the magazine is wrote in kid friendly terms. This is why I love TIME Magazine and hope to be able to share it with my students in my classroom this year! I thank you in advance for helping our young people learn and grow with a valued resource.
