This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I want to have books that I can use quickly and effectively to meet my students needs. As a teacher, I view myself as a lifelong learner.

I want to create my own professional library of books to grow myself into the best teacher I can be for my students.

The books I am requesting will be essential in continuing my own learning. In addition, I will be able to share these books with my colleagues so that we can all expand our knowledge. In education, there are always new initiatives and strategies being shared. As an educator it is important to stay up to date on relevant information. These texts will allow me to better assist the students I teach each day.
