My Students

I am currently a Kindergarten teacher at Our school, located in Detroit, Michigan. We are a title one school with all children receiving free breakfast/lunches. My students come from all ethnic backgrounds.

My mission is to give each student the best start in their education so that further learning is attainable.

My students deserve the best and quality education I can provide for them.

My classroom is full of hands on activities and there is a lot movement among the students

My Project

I work at a Title One school district in Detroit Michigan, where all families received free breakfast & lunch.

These resources will help me give them hands on learning experiences need to gain the math/literacy skills need to be a successful and avid reader.

Using hands on activities makes each lesson fun and engaging leading to concrete learning in math sense and phonic and literacy skills,

Funding for my school district is very limited and support is need to give each child a head start in literacy and math skills.
