My Project

We need new books and a more efficient check out system for our classroom library! As a class, we have worked hard to input and analyze our current classroom library on book source. Students spent time scanning barcodes, relabeling books, and sorting books by genre. While analyzing, we discovered that we have some gaps to fill in our classroom library. Our library desperately needs more nonfiction texts and more on grade level "fresh" books.

The books that I am hoping to get for our classroom will be available for students to check out to bring home, read during the school day for fun, or sometimes utilize for research projects!

We will use the requested scanner to check out books and keep things neat, organized, and accounted for.

My students are hardworking, kind, and a wonderful group of kids who deserve some fun new books at their fingertips!
