This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are happy, smart, and energetic scholars. They come to school to learn and to play.

These materials are so necessary in order for my students to learn the process of word chaining in its most simple manner.

The whiteboards, magnetic letters, and dots are all needed to make this part of phonemic awareness happen on a daily basis.

My goal is to have my students reading by the end of kindergarten based on the science of reading. Word building and word chaining are of utmost importance in learning how to read the right way.
